General

NOTES:
-I have the right to decline the commission due to the following reasons: a.) it violates my terms of service; b.) I am not suitable for the commission; c.) inappropriate and rude behavior.
-I will provide visual updates(sketch, coloring, rendering) throughout the whole drawing process. Updates and the completed work will be sent via your preferred platform.
-I have the right to publicly post your commission piece in my social media platforms and use them in my art portfolios unless, upon request, you decline given your reason/s for doing so.PROCESS
-Please send a minimum of three references of your character and other things you want me to draw such as background.
-For specific color schemes please provide images of your palette.
-For complex requests, please expect that it will take extra time.
-Major revisions can only be made during the drafting process. Revisions are not allowed once I confirm the draft and start completing it.
-There will be an additional 20% of the base price for rush commissions.USE
- Commissions are for personal use by default (profile pictures, banners, posting on social media).
- When posting on social media, please credit me and upload the watermarked version of the commission.
- Commercial use is not allowed unless otherwise specified or discussed (includes streams, youtube thumbnails, stream schedules, etc.).
-Commissions for commercial use will have an additional 100% of the base price as the commercial fee.
-I strictly prohibit to use my art for mass production and selling.
- DO NOT use my art for NFT or AI learning.
- DO NOT claim my art as your own, trace, or alter it by removing the watermarks.PAYMENT
-60% upon acceptance, 40% upon completion.
-No discounts.
-Send your proof of payment before and after the commission.
-Payment information will not be disclosed.WORK SCHEDULE
-Average time: 4-7 days
-For complex requests, expect an additional week of waiting for the finished work.REFUNDS
- Refunds will not be permitted past the draft phase (refund amount is the 60% partial payment upon acceptance). Accordingly, if I cancel at any point during the service I will offer a full refund of the amount paid.
- Absolutely no refunds after the commission is completedCOMMUNICATION
-Platforms that I only use are twitter, discord, and email.
